yum... lemon poppyseed bundt...

If you're looking for a super easy but really good bundt cake...

Look no further.
(P.S. Did you know you can make a cake pedestal with a chunky candle stand, a dinner plate and some Gorilla Glue? Yep!)

A handful of ingredients (yeah, I know, it uses a cake mix but honestly, why not?)

and 45 minutes in the oven... yummmm

Lemon Poppyseed Bundt

1 pkg. lemon cake mix

1 box instant lemon pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Combine ingredients until well blended. Pour into a prepared bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
