Pinterest is wonderful for so many things- ideas and inspiration, beautiful photographs and best of all... recipes! My recipe board has more things pinned to it than any other collection I've got. In fact, I rarely buy a cookbook anymore- and I have to admit, I've always been a HUGE cookbook addict. So I guess I could say that Pinterest is saving me money! haha
This dip recipe has been on my mind for quite some time. Yesterday our scrapbook group had it's monthly 'birthday potluck' celebration so I made this as my contribution- and it was delicious!
Neiman Marcus Dip
(the following ingredients had no measurements... just add to taste)
Mayonnaise, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, toasted slivered almonds and... bacon! (I used the bacon pieces from Costco- HUGE time saver)
Combine and serve with Ritz crackers.
P.S. I took a little bit and spread it onto half a bagel, put it under the broiler and toasted it until nice and bubbly. Man, was that good.
