This is the last banner in the wedding set. They are going to use it over their candy bar.

The colors are switched opposite from the other banners- this last one banner has pink banner flags with silver/grey seam binding.

Book paper rosettes again, stamped letters...
and lots & lots of platinum Stickles for sparkle.
