When I found this line in a book I was tearing up for a project, I just had to laugh... this is what The Husband thinks about me. You never know where you're gonna find inspiration!
Took one of the canvases I covered with book paper and sheet music a couple days ago and added some stripes...
A little watered-down paint worked perfectly.
This photo is one from a collection that I bought years ago- and it's my very favorite. Love the time period, love the girl posing, love the car, love that if you look closely you can see the shadow of the man who is
taking the photo (great hat!)...
I still like using these old foil photo corners wherever I can-
What a quick project but it was fun to put together. I'm wanting to try those painted stripes on everything now!

This came together beautifully!!! You're right, the picture is amazing and your layering of the elements really makes the most of it. Yeah!!
